What to expect at your Acuity Eye Care Visit
Please come in with your provincial health care number, any insurance or payment information, all current glasses or contact lenses (with the packaging), a list of medications and eye drops currently used.
Front desk will collect your contact and payment information and ensure we know about any co-managing medical providers or pharmacies.
A member of our team will collect information about any vision or health concerns, establish risk factors for conditions like glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, dry eye, etc, Prior to your eye exam.
